Brenda L. Knebel, admissions director at Purdue University's Krannert School of Management, has worked at Purdue since 1995. During that time the West Lafayette [Ind.] school has undergone a lot of changes: In the past five years alone, four different people have overseen MBA admissions. Knebel, for her part, plans to stick around. "I'm putting a lot of money into my new patio," she joked. "I want to enjoy it."
